#The actual title of this novel is The White Tower Rules#
#You can enjoy this even if you don't know the Sentinel-Guide genre~#
1.
After transmigrating into a book, An Xu thinks he's finally going to enjoy a carefree life of doing nothing, and is happy for a full two minutes.
Two minutes later, a mechanical voice rings out in his mind:
"The Rule-Breaking System has been successfully bound. Server 502 is at your service."
To avoid being humanely eliminated by the System, the lazybones is forced to pick up a combat script. Starting with the White Tower's very first rule, he reluctantly begins his long career of breaking rules.
And so, a striking new sight appears in the main city:
A Grade C Guide cheerfully breaks the rules over and over, happily coming and going from the detention room, repeatedly testing the limits of permanent expulsion.
Onlookers: Sigh, another one has lost it.
2.
Warren Sait is the White Tower's chief Sentinel, an S+ grade killing machine. He's bloodthirsty and cruel, cold and heartless.
His first three assigned Guides all died gloriously on missions. As for the fourth...
It's An Xu, who's notorious throughout the main city for breaking rules.
An Xu values his life and knows he isn't worthy of this bigshot, who's always charging to the front lines. After hearing that the bigshot absolutely hates physical contact, An Xu decides to throw himself into his arms on day one, interlace their fingers on day two, and climb into his bed on day three!
He fully expects the bigshot to throw him out, but instead...
On the first day, the bigshot holds him and cuddles him for an hour. On the second day, the bigshot takes him by the hand for a stroll through the main city, leaving passersby stunned. On the third day...
Warren: "?"
Warren: "You're that eager?"
An Xu: "...Stop! No! I didn't! Let... Mmph..."
Question: The bigshot seems to have mistaken me for someone who fell in love with him at first sight. What should I do? Asking for urgent advice!
Follow-up: Never mind. He said I can use his card without limit, so it's really hard not to fall for him.
3.
"The White Tower is humanity's last hope."
Almost everyone who enters the White Tower to study believes this with all their heart.
Warren doesn't.
A Sentinel is supposed to be absolutely loyal to the White Tower. He's always thought his disbelief was the first sign that he was going completely mad.
Until a bright, radiant young man barges into his life, his eyes shining like stars.
He says, "I don't believe it either. We're humanity's last hope."
Guide uke X Sentinel seme
[Reading Guide]
1. Set in an apocalypse. The first three Guides die as soon as they take up the post (the reason is explained in the novel), and none of them have anything to do with the seme. The uke is the seme's first proper Guide.
2. This should be a silly but healing story.
3. Don't ask about the details. The answer is: they're all made up.
4. The characters' values don't represent the author's. This is my first time writing this genre, so please be understanding if there are any shortcomings~
5. If you like it, remember to add it to your collection, lovely readers. Sending love~
Theme: Freedom and equality.
