Male Insects Always Want to Run Away from Marriage

Rumor has it the youngest prince of the insect race is breathtakingly beautiful, earning him the title "Radiance of Dawn." Unfortunately, just after coming of age, he was forcibly matched with a fiance by the marriage-matching System: Sheng Qingning, the Imperial Marshal, notorious for his vicious reputation and still unmarried. The whole insect race was in an uproar, and everyone felt sorry for the little prince. Everyone knew the imperial family was in decline; Sheng Qingning might push through an abolition law at any moment. = Wen Qin was troubled too. As a transmigrated Earthling, he had no interest in this pampered life as a male insect, admired by every insect around him. After finally coming of age, Wen Qin had spent years planning. At last, no one was paying attention to him, and he intended to find someone he knew well and enter a fake marriage. Who could have guessed he'd be matched with the Imperial Marshal? Thinking of the other's utterly indifferent gaze, Wen Qin hesitated, then proposed a marriage of convenience. Sheng Qingning agreed just as coolly. They reached an understanding: once they had endured the marriage match's mandatory one-year term, they would divorce, and until then, they would leave each other alone. * A year later, Wen Qin opens the Star Network one evening to look up information about a graduation trip. Sheng Qingning's eyes darken as his broad wings gently curl around the boy's ankle. "Don't leave me..." Content warnings: 1. Wen Qin is the gong, Sheng Qingning is the shou. 2. Marriage before love, a short romance-focused story, nontraditional insect society. Military males have high status. If you like a confident gong, a doting shou, and a powerful couple who pamper each other, this is for you. 3. High school boy gong XD Theme: Gong-focused.
