The hot topic in the neighborhood is the uncle and nephew who recently moved in.

The uncle wears thin-framed glasses and is refined and handsome. The nephew is tall and dashing, with a smile that makes girls swoon. They live in the biggest villa in town, and these two wealthy young bachelors have attracted plenty of attention.

But they rarely go out. Word is that the younger uncle is in poor health.

The young, handsome uncle stands barefoot in the mud, motionless all morning. His delicate, willow-like lashes hang low as he gazes at a seedling that has only just sprouted.

The tall, handsome nephew leans down and whispers something by his uncle's ear.

The man immediately gets angry and smacks him with a cat-paw-like hand.

The blow has some force, and the nephew's head turns to the side. He isn't angry at all, though. Bending down, he easily picks the man up and curls his lips. "Even a little wildcat is stronger than you."

Mo Xiu wakes up in the body of an adult man.

His body is thirty years old, but his intelligence is stuck at around six or seven. Things don't improve much after he wakes. His body is like a culture vessel, and something growing inside him slows his brain and wrecks his physical condition.

Mo Xiu doesn't want to be a mere tool. He wants to escape the control of his nominal nephew, who is also his "keeper," even though his body won't allow it.

In the enormous villa, wherever he goes, he can feel a gaze like a malevolent ghost clinging to him.

No matter how you look at it, they're uncle and nephew. That seemingly casual stare makes his hair stand on end! It doesn't look like a junior looking at an elder, or a hunter looking at its prey. It looks more like...

A man looking at a woman.

Straight man Mo Xiu can only put up with it. He can't leave his nephew's care for now.

In a moment when the brain fog clears and his mind recovers, he silently does ten sets of bench presses in the gym.

"You like watching so much, don't you..."

"Stimulate estrogen production?

...But he's a man." Mo Xiangling gazes through the crack in the door at the shadow in the bathroom, his dark eyes calm. "Understood." He hangs up.

An insect plague sweeps the world. Humans infected by venomous insects undergo mental and physical mutations. There's an insect inside the younger uncle, too, but it's an extremely special "female insect." This artificially created "venomous insect" was made with the family's utmost care. Once it matures, the structure of the world will be remade.

Besides the female insect inside his silly, frail uncle, Mo Xiangling also has a male insect inside him.

The sleeping twin Gu must be awakened.

Steam rises, turning his thin skin a rosy red. The man in the yellow duck bathtub has pink, apple-like cheeks.

His misty almond eyes look expectantly at the nephew who walks in. "Xiao Ling, can I skip washing my hair today?"

Mo Xiangling's gaze is deep: ...

He works the bubbles into the man's dark hair. "Uncle, you should learn to wash your own hair."

Mo Xiu glances back. "My back itches..."

Mo Xiangling: ...

The bath scrubber presses against his back. The gaze follows his straight spine, tracing down his fair, pink skin.

Mo Xiu suddenly snaps to attention, shivering as goosebumps break out across his back.

He feels the gaze lift again, pass over his increasingly distinct shoulder blades, and travel down from his collarbone...

"...How have you been working out lately, Uncle? You're bigger than most women."

Later, Mo Xiangling discovers that the female insect's appeal to the male insect is practically fatal.

Except for the male insect inside him,

this female insect's ability to attract admirers is beyond his imagination.

Amid a terrifying swarm of admirers, Mo Xiu can only grab onto the person beside him.

"Save me..."

"Be good, Uncle. When are you going to stop calling me that?"

A cool, straight-laced bottom constantly giving off masculine (crossed out: feminine) pheromones VS a sunny on the outside, possessive, naturally dark, younger top who is a malevolent ghost

A few notes:

1. This is not an insectoid-race story. The two have no family or blood relation.

2. The bottom has a long period of brain fog early on, with limited intelligence. He gradually returns to normal after fully awakening. The awakening is neither being reborn nor transmigrating; this will be explained later.

3. The top is human at first and not human later, though he's always been kind of inhuman. The bottom is human throughout. Both have somewhat obsessive personalities.

4. There's more everyday life early on. There is a main plot, but romance is the focus. The so-called uncle-nephew relationship is the official couple. The bottom is irresistible to everyone, and the romance is sweet with a touch of angst.

5. The setting has lots of original worldbuilding. The top is madly in love! The characters' values do not represent the author's.
