Blurb: The Barren Continent is a full-dive virtual reality game created by the central AI. It takes the entire interstellar civilization by storm as soon as it is released.
Rumor has it the game has 99 dungeons. Anyone who clears them all will gain control of the central AI, and the authorities have offered an enormous bounty for doing so.
Yet no matter how hard the people of the stars train their combat skills, they still can't clear even the first dungeon. Even the interstellar military gets defeated when the BOSS goes berserk.
That is, until a casual player appears out of nowhere.
He talks to the beginner village chief and accepts a beginner quest: Kill ten wild chickens on the mountain. Rewards: 100 experience points and 10 copper coins.
People of the stars: “What? You can actually do quests in this game?”
He chats with the blacksmith and receives his starting gear: one rusty hatchet.
People of the stars: “No way! There is equipment in the game! We must have looked like idiots fighting bosses barehanded!”
Later, he learns gathering, alchemy, forging, tailoring...
People of the stars: “Big shot! We need potions! We need gear! How about ten thousand star coins per item? If that's not enough, I can add another zero!”
Tang Ye wakes up in the body of a starving young man in the interstellar era. His home is bare, he has no food left, and his only possession is a government-issued game pod.
To avoid starving to death, Tang Ye has no choice but to lie down in the pod and try the game.
Then he sees a whole street full of level-one players.
Didn't they say the game had been live for three months? Are people in the interstellar era really so reserved about gaming?
Only later does he discover that Barren Continent is a total mess. The game doesn't even have beginner tips. Its entire attitude can be summed up as, “Play if you want, and get lost if you don't.”
A bunch of people from the stars are playing an MMORPG for the first time. Once they enter the game, they can't see a thing, so they just fight whatever's in front of them, relying on courage to take on level-20 dungeon bosses at level one.
Tang Ye looks at the auxiliary System in front of him, which displays monster health bars, nearby quests, map resources, and NPC levels. He is dumbfounded. Wait, am I the only one who has this?
He looks at the huge bounty, then at the golden finger right in front of him. Well, it's time to show you how a casual player plays a game.
Years later, a rumor spreads throughout the game: “Have you heard of the mysterious Boss Tang? His personal warehouse is better stocked than the System shop. He can support an entire flying army on his own. He can control the course of the game. He...”
Tang Ye gives a light cough. “That's an exaggeration. I'm just an ordinary casual player.”
Reading guide:
1. A wish-fulfillment story with a golden finger. Everything serves the fun.
2. More plot than romance, but there is definitely a love interest~

Blurb: Xia Yun Zhao transmigrates into the body of a treasure hunter in the cultivation world, living on the edge of starvation. He only wants to cultivate and farm with his bronze pill furnace. Who knew the furnace could draw cards? Feed it enough spirit stones and spiritual treasures, and it will draw cultivation techniques and pill recipes
Five-card opening draw: You received [Breath-Gathering Art], [Lightness Technique], [Spiritweave Pill Recipe], [Azure Cloud Boots Forging Guide]... Congratulations, you received the yellow-grade cultivation technique [Breath-Gathering Essence Art]!
And there are endless formation diagrams, talismans, and spirit-plant guides...
After a few draws, Xia Yun Zhao catches on... Wait a minute. As long as it's fed enough spiritual energy, right? It never said the offerings had to be high-grade spiritual treasures!
The bronze pill furnace: ...
Word has it a mysterious cultivator has appeared in the Liancui Mountains. Apparently, he is good at scavenging. He hauls home basket after basket of Spiritweave Grass that no one else wants, and sack after sack of the foul-energy mushrooms that everyone else avoids...
All the cultivators assume he's gone mad with poverty... until they see the Spiritweave Pills x100, Defense Discs x100, Purifying Water Gourds x100, Seven-Star Rings x100, and even the long-lost legendary treasure of a great master, the Mending Heaven Mirror... x100, in his hands! He makes a fortune with his treasures and advances in cultivation faster than a rabbit!
Good heavens! Wasn't the Way of Heaven supposed to treat all things as straw dogs? How come he gets to live so well?
The cultivation world is turbulent and life is hard. While others fight tooth and nail over a single magic treasure, Xia Yun Zhao's cave is filled with high-grade spirit herbs, cultivation manuals and talismans, and protected by peerless formations.
...And he even has a peerless sword cultivator of profound cultivation serving as his bodyguard. It's practically a trap luring people in to kill them.
Xia Yun Zhao looks up at the changed sky. This cultivation world isn't so hard to get by in after all!
Theme: Hard work and happiness are the enemies of hardship.
Alas, this is not a pin for collection.
I just want to tell everyone what's on my mind
I mean, it's okay if you don't collect it, I just said casually, I won't cry if I don't collect it QAQ, really QAQ
Completed article: "I managed to conquer a wealthy family by fortune-telling" (a cool supernatural article) "I became a heartthrob after opening a supernatural amusement park" (a cool article about supernatural management) "My B&B connects to all worlds" (a cool article about business but I don't know why they all said it was funny)
Pre-collection: "The farm game I played came true" (a cool article about farm management) "I became a lord after the arrival of the global game" (a cool article about lords) "Infrastructure starts from the fiefdom" (ancient infrastructure article)
QAQ
Is this considered bad? There is still a lot that could be written, but some characters are not clearly written, and it feels like it is just rushed to the end.
The front is very nice, but it's only the third map, so why does it have a finale? It's not so fast on a rocket...
The ending was too sudden. The Mo Yu in front was still Yu Mo, and he had no idea what this character was doing.
Sure enough, I still cut a lot, it was too fast, it was clearly stated that there were 99 copies, but in the end, it went straight to the sky when I arrived in the county. . .
It's unfinished, so the game only has a novice village, Mingyuan Town, and Lanyang County goes directly to the sky? I've only written the first 20 of the 99 dungeons. The last 030 dungeon can be cleared directly. It feels like there are still a hundred chapters left unwritten. My suggestion is not to read it. It's like sneezing in half and choking in one breath╯╰
When I saw Chapter 90, I thought there would be a lot more to come, maybe a more exciting plot would start, but it ended up being so unexpected.
How can I put it this way? The ending went too fast, and I felt like a lot was left unfinished. There was obviously a lot more that could be written. Damn it, I wanted it to be a long story, but I still wanted to spread the word!
Another article that ends with an anticlimax... Is it your true identity? Author! ?
Damn it, I thought it was a long story but it was so short, I really wanted to wallow in the need to update it, but it's finished woo woo hoo
