[Sorry. I've been writing this for so long, but I've still decided to abandon it.

It's not that I can't continue, but every day when I write, I want to overhaul everything from the beginning. I doubt myself and wonder whether I even know how to write. I can clearly feel that this isn't a smooth, complete story, and that realization has left me lost. Maybe I'm not suited to writing this kind of story. For now, I'll focus on finishing my other book, then come back and figure out what went wrong. I'm sorry for wasting everyone's time.]

Fang Yuan feels he must have killed someone in his past life, since he's been so unlucky in this one.

He finally managed to land a rich sugar daddy, only to find that despite being young, the man had a fathering fetish. He forbade him from doing this and that, and lectured him like a son.

And the worst part? He didn't even give him an allowance.

Fang Yuan: What the hell kind of arrangement is this?

Everyone knows that the head of the Ji family is cold and heartless, and acts only according to the rules. Yet after disappearing for one night, he returned with a plaything at his side, pampering him as if he were the apple of his eye.

If his plaything wanted the stars, he wouldn't dare give him the moon.

If his plaything wanted to act, he'd snatch an emperor's script for him.

He'd gladly offend half the powerful families in the capital for this plaything, behaving like a thoroughly besotted ruler.

But the plaything was ungrateful, challenging Ji Xing's rules at every turn.

Bystanders: How can he put up with that?

Ji Xing: As long as he's good, I'd give him my life.

In a word: Without rules, nothing can be accomplished. But without rules, there'd be no Fang Yuan.
