This story will enter paid serialization starting from chapter 24 on December 3. Thank you, everyone!!!!
As Gotham's only half-blood witch, Amelia has wanted a stable job since childhood, one where she can manage the work of her own kind.
Unfortunately, being a witch with magical powers in Gotham means being ostracized by others, or even getting yelled at by a certain Bat: "Get out of my Gotham!"
And so... she set off down the one-way road of becoming a mutant.
The beaked doctor? He's just my assistant.
The vine nurse? She's just my assistant's assistant. Don't read too much into it!
A certain broad-shouldered man: "I don't believe a word of that..."
The heroine is a witch. The pairing is set, and the hero is Professor X.
Slow burn in the early chapters. Please forgive any out-of-character portrayals.

After transmigrating into Arkham Asylum, and not being part of the Suicide Squad, Cheryl is troubled by her 200-year sentence.
It looks like she can't get her sentence reduced by fighting crime and punishing the wicked on behalf of Gotham's citizens. She can only set her sights on the other villains locked up in the asylum.
"Escape? Count me in."
To get by in Gotham, she'll need a team like the Justice League or the Avengers. Sure, it's a knockoff and nowhere near as good, but if the advertising is good enough, word can still spread overseas.
So Cheryl joins the escape squad and gets along famously with Gotham's most heinous criminals.
A certain Bat is unmoved: "Go ahead and escape. If I can't catch you, I'll lose."
A certain billionaire: "Go ahead and escape. If he catches you, I'll lose."
Cheryl escapes successfully and gains her freedom, but she always has a few tails she can't shake, following her everywhere. "You keep chasing me relentlessly. Are you planning to leave your own league and join my team of villains?"
Note: 1. Iron Man x heroine, a transmigrated powerhouse from the apocalypse
2. Please forgive any out-of-character portrayals
Theme: The academy is also a place of refuge and protection
