Two thousand years after the gods fell asleep, a divine revelation came again to the continent of Yuzeria:
The undead would invade once more, and only warriors from Another World could save the continent!
Three years later, by the continent's calendar, a full-dive game called Save Yuzeria appeared on Blue Star. Its 100 percent realism took the world by storm.
Players flooded in, full of praise and glowing reviews.
Seven days later.
"Damn the Magic Sanctuary! Who makes mages actually memorize spells?"
"The person above should try being an elven archer... The first thing you do after changing jobs is practice drawing a bow!"
"You two, stop complaining. At least you aren't a warrior who has to lift weights to build arm strength after changing jobs..."
The players cried in unison: "Yuzeria is a garbage game!"
The head of the Magic Sanctuary, the Elven Emperor, and the Emperor of Glory: …
"God! This is the garbage you said would help us save the continent? Can we really not throw them into the Abyss?"
"So I have to serve as some kind of mage guide, cleaning up after the people chosen by the gods, so Their Majesties don't lose patience and feed them to the undead in the Abyss?"
Lan Fei calmly took a book from the shelf. "Arthur, are you serious?"
"How many times have I told you not to call me that? It's tacky and has no style... I'm the cardinal of the Church of Light now!"
Elliot's face took on a saintly, elegant smile. "The children of God would never speak a falsehood. Their Majesties must have a profound reason for this. We need only obey... Holy crap, get your hands off that!"
At some point, the book in Lan Fei's hands, Locating the Exit of a Teleportation Array, had fallen open. He murmured, "I wonder if the undead in the Abyss like the taste of adventurers..."
