After the Temple Alliance's customary year-end negotiations ended, Perlais was leaving the city when he unexpectedly spotted a small creature on a wandering merchant caravan's cargo cart. It looked suspiciously like a young member of the Heaven-Defying Demon Dragon Clan. Disguising his identity, he followed the caravan and bought it from the merchants. The little dragon, covered in wounds, opened its eyes and met his gaze. A Bao, world-weary: You don't want to know what went through my head when I opened my eyes and saw my young third uncle.
