The Pomegranate Skirt

Liang Si, a clear-eyed, adorably clueless college student, wakes up to find herself transmigrated into a novel as a cannon-fodder supporting character with the same name. The original Liang Si was the ugliest woman in the story. She lost her chastity before marriage and became a laughingstock. After using her father's influence to finally get married, she was despised by her parents-in-law, framed by a concubine, and poisoned by her husband. To survive, Liang Si tramples scumbags, tears into fake white lotuses, flirts with a holy monk, and pounces on an envoy. She raises such a ruckus that even the Emperor, her father, revokes the imperial marriage decree and demotes her to commoner, giving her back her freedom. Unexpectedly, she attracts a persistent stray dog. In the original story, he dug up her grave, whipped her corpse, and ground her bones to dust. Now he eats her food, drinks her drinks, lives in her home, and shamelessly climbs into her bed of his own accord. Liang Si has no choice but to use her trump card: she leans in, revealing half of her grotesque red birthmark-covered face... Oh, you won't be able to stand the sight of me! Get lost! 1. The birthmark on the heroine's face disappears later in the story. 2. This is a completely fictional setting. No historical accuracy nitpicking, please. Theme: .
