When an Eastern Dragon Hatchling Falls into a Western Dragon's Lair

When Long Chu hatched, he saw that the big dragons didn't look anything like him. One after another, they had big round bellies, were chubby, and had wings! He was skinny and slender, with no wings. Long Chu felt inferior. The giant dragons were heartbroken. Thinking their little dragon was malnourished, they spoiled him and tried to fatten him up. But he couldn't absorb all the nourishing food the other dragons ate, and only got thinner. Long Chu grew depressed. Then one day, unable to resist his instincts, he ate a poisonous herb and accidentally awakened a fragment of inherited memory. From then on, his world was turned upside down. The herb other dragons considered poisonous, Fengyue Grass, sent his cultivation soaring. The Xuelan Stone other dragons treated like trash and ignored could be kneaded into powerful magical artifacts. The magic crystals other dragons treasured could be replaced with the common Baiyue Stones he found everywhere. The rare potions other dragons struggled to get could be brewed from weeds growing on the ground. All the dragons cheered: "Now that we have our little one, the Dragon God no longer has to worry about potion makers, mages, and artifact smiths ripping us off!" Long Chu sighed: "You throw spirit stones, spirit flowers, and spirit iron away like they're trash. Honestly." Later, Long Chu found a giant dragon egg more than twice his size and hatched a chubby little dragon. From then on, Long Chu had a little follower who went everywhere with him. Long Chu raised a claw with grand confidence. "Stick with me, little one. I'll protect you!" The little dragon flapped his wings. "Awooo! Pounce!"
