AB Love Never Ends Well

The Ex-Wife-Chasing Crematorium / Alpha-Beta romance

Before he presented, Ning Jiao was confident he would become an Omega.

He planned to confess to his childhood friend, Qin Yanzheng, after presenting and become the perfect Alpha-Omega couple.

But he presented as a Beta. Unable to smell anyone's pheromones, he was reduced to an ordinary person.

Ning Jiao refused to accept it and confessed to Qin Yanzheng anyway.

Qin Yanzheng frowned. “I like cute Omegas. Are you one?”

Three years later, a top Alpha, radiating nobility and with a piercing gaze, was waiting for Ning Jiao.

Ning Jiao remained cold and didn't even look at him.

Qin Yanzheng smiled, pleased with himself. “Want to try a late-blooming romance?”

Ning Jiao remembered that Qin Yanzheng only liked Omegas, but couldn't control his heart and body, which had already fallen for him.

He thought Qin Yanzheng was sincere this time.

But then he discovered that Qin Yanzheng had been deceiving him all along and was engaged to another Omega.

At last, Ning Jiao gave up and disappeared from Qin Yanzheng's sight for good.

Ning Jiao's disappearance brought on Qin Yanzheng's rut early. He searched everywhere for his mate,

craving Ning Jiao's comfort, kisses, hugs, and the chance to hear him say “I love you.”

He hid in Ning Jiao's wardrobe, covering himself with Ning Jiao's clothes and breathing in their scent. Overcome with insecurity, he cried out:

“Baby, where did you go...?”

Ning Jiao was dragged back to his home once more.

Qin Yanzheng frantically bit at Ning Jiao's neck, trying to leave a mark and declare his ownership.

No matter how much he bared his fangs, Ning Jiao couldn't be marked like an Omega.

“Teach me how to mark you...” Qin Yanzheng cried in desperation.

Ning Jiao shoved him away and shouted, “Stop biting me! I'm a Beta. You can't mark me!”

The words struck at the heart of the matter, and Qin Yanzheng soon accepted reality.

He said softly, “Ning Jiao, don't blame me. I'll have to find another way to make you mine forever.”

Reader's guide:

1. The top has nesting instincts. The bottom is a Beta and will not present again.

2. The bottom gets hurt first, then the top. The top's pheromones smell like men's wilderness-themed cologne. Give it a sniff if you're curious.
