The story begins when Daiyu learns in Dream of the Red Chamber that Lin Ruhai is gravely ill and returns home.
After Daiyu comes home, Lin Ruhai rallies for his daughter. By a stroke of luck, he finds a renowned doctor and recovers. Later, Grandmother Jia falls ill from longing for Daiyu, and with no other choice, Daiyu must return to the Rongguo Mansion to be at her grandmother's side. She changes her old ways, no longer seeking to outwit others, only to avoid being bullied herself.
Later, when Madam Wang has the Grand View Garden searched, Daiyu flies into a rage and returns home. Lin Ruhai also retires, and father and daughter enjoy a peaceful family life together.
Unexpectedly, Prince Beijing, Shui Rong, falls sincerely in love with Daiyu. The Emperor grants them a marriage, and Daiyu enters the prince's residence as his principal consort.
After their marriage, the couple are devoted to each other and grow old together. They have two sons and a daughter: their eldest son Xu, their eldest daughter Xiao, and their younger son Chen.
The dream of the Red Chamber has come full circle!

My completed story, Warm Sun, Clear Skies in the Red Chamber:
Classical-language version: It's basically the same old Jia family story, reheated.
Transmigration version: A modern woman who loves Lin Daiyu transmigrates into the body of Xiren, the character she hates most.
Gross version: This idea suddenly came to me while I was in the bathroom...
I've started a new story, Moonlight in the Tang Dynasty.
A new story is underway!
It took me two or three months to develop this story. I was preparing for my permanent-position exam at the time, when one day the idea suddenly came to me and the story took shape. At first, it was only the vaguest outline imaginable. But as I kept studying and preparing for the exam, it slowly matured.
My writing process is always strange. When I have plenty of time and try to write properly, nothing comes. But when I'm incredibly busy, ideas pour out. Unfortunately, I never have enough time to write them down.
After I'd written part of the draft and was getting ready to post it, I happened to browse the new works by authors I follow and discovered that someone had already used this idea. Maybe she came up with it later than I did, but her story appeared before mine! I have to say, it was a real blow. When I wrote Warm Sun, Clear Skies, I also found myself using an idea someone else had written about. We took it in different directions, but that still put a lot of pressure on me, you know? I never expected fate to put me in this position again. I don't know what kind of luck I have.
Sigh!!
It took a lot of courage to post this story today. I'm putting it up first to see how people respond. After all, my first two stories were both about the Red Chamber, with customs and relationships from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Switching suddenly to the Tang dynasty feels very unfamiliar. I'm doing my best to adjust, so please share your valuable feedback. If you find it at least somewhat readable, I'll do my best to keep writing.
I've recently started revising the story. Maybe as I work on it, inspiration will strike again and I'll come up with one or two new extras. Hehe!
Theme:
The person in that painting is Daiyu, right? I remember that when Daiyu returned to the south, she saved an injured person, Tanchun, her husband.
What should I do? I'm exhausted after reading this?_?
Finally finished reading. Sprinkle flowers. Tears. Sir, you are finally far away from my dream of many years! ! Let me give you a hug on behalf of Lao Cao Xiong, the original author of Red Mansions! ! ! !
Who is the King of Beijing? The most popular mysterious passerby in the original "A Dream of Red Mansions"! His appearance is as good as Baoyu's, but what's rare is that he doesn't just have a "fake" Baoyu, but he is an outstanding young man with a title, talent, no scandals, and no family. In that era, people like this were all high-quality candidates for fathers to consider marrying their daughters. Lao Cao gave this character a gorgeous close-up as soon as he appeared on the scene, and the several times he appeared to make soy sauce were very intriguing. Lao Cao intentionally or unintentionally revealed his love and concern for this character through Jia Baoyu and others from time to time. The first time he appeared was during Qin Keqing's funeral. Logically speaking, for a person of Qin Keqing's status, King Beijing had no position at all and would not surrender his status to her as a road sacrifice. So this road festival was arranged by Lao Cao as King of Beijing VS Jia Baoyu. It seems that King Beijing has been fascinated by the "brother who was born with a jade in his mouth" of the Jia family for a long time, and he found an excuse to deliberately make friends with him when he had nothing to do. So Jia Baoyu Beier introduced Shui Rong with dignity, the bracelet that Shui Rong gave him, and the only relationship between Sister Lin and Shui Rong. Later, the several appearances of Shui Rong actually became Baoyu's excuse to go out. The most attractive and ridiculous one was when Baoyu went out to worship Jin Chuan, but when he came back, he said that a beloved concubine of King Beijing had died, and he went to persuade him for a long time. Halo - golden bracelet, after your death you will be upgraded to a princess, you can rest in peace. The last time I saw Shui Rong was when the officers and soldiers raided Rong Ning's Second Mansion, this unexpected character once again made a gorgeous appearance. Every time I see this, I can't help but ask: "The emperor has ordered special personnel to search the second house of Rongning. Prince Beijing, what are you doing here?" What makes me even more confused is the attitude of King Beijing, who does not seem to have any direct relationship with Jia's house, to try his best to protect the innocent people in Jia's house when he raided Jia's house. Why is this? An old man suddenly became the only and final redeemer and protector. Even if Shui Rong and King Zhongshun don't deal with it, he doesn't have to confront the emperor after he ordered the raid on Jia's mansion? Unless Shui Rong has an inseparable relationship with the Jia family. In fact, as early as when I watched Red Mansions for the fourth time, I began to seriously doubt Lao Cao's sinister intentions in arranging this character, but I admit that I was wrong. In view of the fact that the several times he appeared were related to Bao Yu, and also in view of Bao Yu's bad criminal record, I have indeed been fantasizing about his and Bao Yu's sexual intercourse. It was not until I read this article that I was enlightened and enlightened. It turns out that Lao Cao is not Sister Lin's stepfather, but he is quite the biological father. The problem is that the public in Lao Cao's time was probably too deeply influenced by melancholy literati like Nalan Rongruo. He will be tortured even when he is fine, and even more so when he is dead. So in order to cater to the public's taste, and to add some of the sourness of the grapes that he couldn't eat, Lao Cao suddenly changed his original setting, changing the moist "Water and Wood Romance" to the miserable "Wood and Stone Frontier". Can wood go well with stone? As a result, Xiaoxiang's concubine became a stranger, and Shui Rong became a passerby for more than two hundred years. When wood meets water, it grows. Finally, under the adults' pen, Lao Cao's favorite Fairy Jiangzhu was nourished and cared for.
Good people are rewarded, and they don't agree that Zijuan wants to be an aunt to treat Daiyu well.
The article is still very good. It has been worth reading for the past fifteen years. It can be said that it has passed the test of time. I just don't understand how the prince drew the portrait of Daiyu. He has never seen Daiyu.
Don't worry, it's not a classic now.
There is no next chapter to read (ㄒoㄒ)
The author's writing is very good. I have read it twice.
