[Please add my new book, Married to a Dad in the 1980s, to your reading list.]
Synopsis 1
Yin Xiaoman had endured eighteen years in the palace before finally being released in a general amnesty.
But before she could even step outside the palace gates, she tripped and landed in the 1960s, in Shuanggui Village. Now she was an orphaned girl with no family to speak of.
To make matters worse, her father had played a dirty trick on her before he died, forcing her to marry Shen Qingyun, a widower eight years her senior with two children from his previous marriage.
Staring at the nearly empty jar of sorghum flour and the two skinny, dark-haired siblings, Yin Xiaoman was at a loss.
As the head palace maid in charge of the Imperial Kitchen, a woman who had tasted every delicacy and sampled the finest imperial banquets, she now had to figure out how to feed the two hungry mouths in front of her with nothing but coarse grain.
Fortunately, the entire Imperial Kitchen had transmigrated with her...
Synopsis 2
Things had been going missing from the Imperial Kitchen lately.
Everyone thought a cat had sneaked in from somewhere. Only Aunt Lichun knew the truth: a celestial maiden had descended from heaven!
Consort Liu missed home terribly and wanted nothing more than a bowl of fresh shrimp noodles. She even specifically requested that Aunt Lichun make them herself.
That was practically a death sentence!
Noodles were easy enough, but the palace was inland. Where could she find fresh sea prawns?
Just as she was at her wit's end, a note dropped from the sky: "Trade fresh chicken for live prawns. One chicken for one plate."
Problem solved.
The First Prince was hosting a banquet for his guests. The imperial chefs pulled out all the stops, serving bear paws, deer lips, bird's nest, snow frog, and more...
Yet none of it could compete with Aunt Lichun's steaming, fragrant pot of seafood.
And all she had needed was ten jin of rice and twenty eggs!
Aunt Lichun secretly set up an altar for the little fairy and made offerings every day, keeping the incense burning without fail. She also kept a supply of dried and fresh fruit for every season, along with all kinds of pastries.
She asked for only one thing: for the little fairy to be happy every day, and for the supplies to keep coming year after year.
Little scene:
Shen Dabao: My stepmother is so good to me. She gives me meat every day!
Everyone: Poor boy, growing up without a mother. Making up stories in broad daylight. Is he so desperate for meat that he's lost his mind?
Shen Erniu: My stepmother makes me eat eggs every day: cakes, omelets, steamed egg custard... I've eaten so many that I want to run away whenever I see an egg.
Everyone: Poor thing. That's another one who's gone crazy.
Shen Qingyun: ...Wife, when will you let me have some meat too?

Shi Qin transmigrated into a period novel as a fake young master, a real stand-in, and the weak, timid, poor foil to the upright and righteous male lead.
As if that weren't enough, in the story he was also a widower with two young children.
His son was five, his daughter three, and both were at the age when they couldn't survive without parents.
Shi Qin was a grown man who had never even been married. He was completely at a loss.
Fortunately, he caught the last train back to the city. He brought the two children with him and got a temporary job at a state-run restaurant.
From then on, his life became a miserable whirlwind: chaos at work, a cold stove at home, and a bunch of kids constantly screaming around him.
Before long, Shi Qin, who had never married or raised children and knew absolutely nothing about childcare, had turned the two kids into sickly little chicks.
Their biological father was no help, so the little ones decided to fend for themselves and find a mother.
They didn't just find a mother, either. They also found themselves a little brother and a young uncle.
Great. He hadn't even figured out how to raise two kids, and now he had two more!
Shi Qin was a little dizzy...
At least he finally had a wife.
#He transmigrated one day and suddenly had kids and a wife, making him an instant winner in life#
#How a grown single man became a max-level dad in the 1980s#
P.S. 1) The story is told from the male lead's perspective.
2) The leads are mature adults. Both their children are their biological children, with no hidden circumstances. So no, it's not that thing people keep asking about.
3) The male and female leads each have their own career arcs. Neither depends on the other, and both shine in their own fields.
4) All the little ones are adorable! Raising them well is a must!

Coming from Xianyuwen, the idea is great and the opening chapter is very attractive. I lost interest in the second half of this article, but I didn't want to read Xianyu Wen at all after buying the latest update. It's just a personal thought. If you think you can accept it, just read it. If you don't agree, just pretend you haven't read it: I want to write a story about the heroine's growth. The heroine in this article is the steward of the imperial kitchen. To reach this stage, she must be a craftsman and an intelligent person, just like Anxi in "The Golden Branch". The craftsman barely meets the standard, but the intelligence is really not reflected at all. No matter how long the heroine travels, her knowledge is still the same as when she just passed through it. Even if she does not know how to understand, she is still criticized. The two great scientists taught that in the later period, in addition to knowing a little English, they were still immersed in being parents and cooking and taking care of their families. Even the idea of their daughter going to college was just reluctant to let her go. At the beginning of the article, the heroine was a high school student who wanted to go to college in the future. She inherited the memory knowledge from her predecessor. She taught the two children on the train. At the beginning, the hero was worried that the heroine would not look down on him. By the end of the article, her knowledge was far inferior to that of the hero. Became a silly Baitian. In Xianyu novel, the heroine travels back in time after her death at the age of 30. I want to write a coming-of-age novel, but when a person is thirty years old, his ideas are still as childish as those of a teenager. It really can't be called a coming-of-age novel. After reading a little more than one novel, I feel that the knowledge learning of the heroine in Dada's novel is stagnant. The heroine in this article is still "innovative" when cooking on the island. Later, she will only be amazed by other people's cooking skills. She basically has no progress and has basically no sensitivity to social development. The heroine of the Xianyu chapter has been exposed to Xianyu for so long, but she still has no idea about the prices. Everything she exchanges depends on luck, and the person she exchanges with is not a scam. The relationship with the male protagonist is that this was her husband in the previous life. Although she lived a normal life, she is still him in this life. When they came into contact, they were strangers in this life, but the female protagonist did not see him outside, and the mode of getting along was directly to the companion mode. The white noodles that Xianyu got were directly exchanged for medicine. There was no dressing up or pretense. He was carefree and exchanged directly with a stranger. Moreover, this stranger still had a background and was not a good person. The big one is that I am writing about the heroine's growth, and growth must be done with a head on her shoulders, not just being ignorant and running amok!
After reading it, I felt that the setting of the male protagonist looked so scummy. He just gave the female protagonist a pair of adopted children after getting married, and did nothing after giving the money. Except for getting a marriage certificate and returning home once, there was no description of the hero's parents going back until their parents died. I don't know if the author didn't want to write it or for some reason. He might as well have been an orphan from the beginning. If the heroine's relatives are uncomfortable, the sky is falling, and the hero's parents are dead. It's all in one sentence. Although the heroine is a story, the hero is no different from a tool. He has no family of his own and everything revolves around the heroine.
Don't you remember what the big leader borrowed?
After reading it, the whole story is okay. There are no big problems. It's just that the whole story tends to be dull. Although what I like to watch is this kind of ordinary life, but occasionally there are one or two refreshing points, which will make it more exciting. Otherwise, you won't even know what was written after reading it. After reading some books, I feel like I have followed the protagonist throughout his life, and I feel very lost. However, this book still feels a little bit different. However, the author has already written very well. The author's setting and three views are all very good. He can still write better. Come on.
Why should you donate it all? Forget the house and don't need the money. It's not such a special period. It's really unlucky for the Jiang family to have such a descendant.

I am sincerely convinced!!!!
Only the heroine cooking and Lichun look good
I was so curious about what was in it that I jumped to this chapter to read it. I thought it was nothing, but it was okay.
Finished watching it, overall it's pretty good
