A Diary of Healing

A part of my past. I included this part in my novel too, but realized there seemed to be a lot of people who liked to nitpick, so it wasn't really serving as a warning. That's why I'm sharing it separately, in the form of a diary, to recount that unusual and terrifying experience. I hope those going through similar pain can find some way to free themselves.

It's about depression. I don't know whether what I experienced counts as clinical depression, but I nearly fell into it and couldn't get out.

P.S. I originally locked this away out of shame, but after meeting many people and thinking through a lot of things, I wanted to express my gratitude for their presence, so I've decided to share it again.

If you're struggling with depression, or have it without realizing, I'll share some things I've learned here. Perhaps they can help you find a way out. Even if it only helps one or two people, that's enough.

Theme: Developing the right values and direction in life.
