A Summer Response

[Sweet, adorable girl x cool, aloof heartthrob] [Sweet campus romance / childhood friends to unexpected love / loads of sugar] After returning to school from her leave of absence, Gu Xiaoxiao discovers that she has a new deskmate. Her new deskmate is handsome, but has a cold air about him. On his very first day after transferring, he sent the school bully next door to the hospital. Gu Xiaoxiao decides she needs to strike first and put him in his place. On her first day back, she drags her deskmate to a grove. With her hands on her hips, she declares boldly: "I'm super fierce. From now on, you have to listen to me. Whatever I say, you do. I have to be on top of you." The transfer student lifts his beautiful eyes and looks at her for a long moment. Then he replies softly, "Okay." Later, Gu Xiaoxiao gets some bad ideas about her deskmate and corners him by the wall next to a rose bed. She stammers out a threat: "Y-you... If you don't let me kiss you, I won't let you leave." Her deskmate lowers his eyes and gives a soft chuckle, then gently plants a kiss on her cheek. "Okay." . Both are each other's first love.
