The Supporting Female Character Turns Her Life Around

[Complete] [New story, "Back Before the Villain Turned Evil," now available.] Nan You was born into a noble family and lived a smooth, fortunate life for a thousand years before discovering that she was the main villain in a melodramatic xianxia romance. She was wicked through and through, and would eventually meet a violent end. Her husband was the Emperor of the Ninth Heaven, her father was a Star Lord with explosive combat power, her cousin was the leader of the Dragon Clan, and her younger cousin was a demon commander who could take on a thousand enemies alone. She was noble by birth, yet the innocent, delicate heroine stole all the attention and glory from her. It was because she was arrogant and domineering while the heroine was weak and pitiful, and because she was unreasonable while the heroine was considerate and understanding. Every one of her powerful backers was hopelessly in love with the heroine. Faced with such a deadly plot, Nan You, who had transmigrated into the body of a tiny little girl, could only toddle around on her short legs every day, earning affection and spreading warmth. And so, daily life in the Star Realm changed: Nan You went to her father, the Star Lord, and offered him hot tea with her chubby little hands, urging him in a babyish voice to take care of his health. Her doting father, the Star Ancestor, scooped her up and kissed her. When her cousin was being beaten by his father for slacking off in his cultivation and was yelping in pain, Nan You appeared just in time to coax the Dragon King away. Then she ran over on her short legs, took healing ointment from her sleeve, and dabbed it onto her cousin's wounds, blowing on them with tears in her eyes. Dragon Clan leader, her cousin: Whoever makes Youyou suffer is picking a fight with me. Her younger cousin was a demon with weak bloodline power, scorned and ostracized by his people since childhood. Little Nan You took his hand and said without hesitation, "Shao Shao is amazing. Don't listen to their nonsense. Big Sis will cultivate with you." From then on, Nan You could do whatever she wanted among the demons. As for the future Emperor, one day he stopped Nan You and said solemnly, "Youyou, I'll treat you well. Believe me." Bonus scene: One day, Nan You found a poor little thing in the abyss. He was surrounded by overwhelming baleful energy, with a gloomy, menacing look in his eyes. Nan You brought him back to her palace. When her powerful backers faced the young man, they bowed to him with practiced ease. The Star Maiden Nan You was of noble birth, the cherished jewel of her siblings. She was a truly distinguished lady of the Four Wilds. After she married the foremost of the gods, the holder of the fabled supreme glory, the noble ladies of the Six Realms who had been waiting to see her fall from grace finally fell silent. They didn't even dare grumble anymore. This is probably a story about redemption. Written on May 19, 2020. Also recommending my next fantasy novel, "Back Before the Villain Turned Evil." She was a distinguished lady of the Four Wilds with a name and title of her own, and had an exceptionally powerful fiance who had been promised to her since childhood. She lived carefree until she was thirty thousand years old, when she rescued an injured black dragon on the brink of death from the seabed. The moment she saw him, Qiu Shi felt inexplicably unsettled. So, despite her parents' objections and the rumors spread by outsiders, she gave Su Su a place in her courtyard. For his sake, she planned to break off her engagement to the young lord of the demon clan, her childhood friend, who was reckless and unruly. That night, Qiu Shi had an incredibly vivid dream. She became the villainess in a melodramatic xianxia romance. Her initial character setup was incredibly powerful, but later the author would force her to lose her wits and suffer miserably as she made way for the heroine at every turn. The male lead was Su Su, the one she had rescued. In the author's story, Qiu Shi fell for him at first sight, fed him medicine herself, and cared for him attentively, regardless of his low status. But in the end, Su Su would be moved by the heroine's kindness, ascend to godhood, and gain unrivaled power. The story ended with the hero and heroine marrying, while Qiu Shi, the villain who caused trouble everywhere, would have her cultivation crippled and be imprisoned in a desolate little courtyard. Imprisoned villainess Qiu Shi couldn't accept it: This is just ridiculous. Bonus scene: Qin Donglin was the young lord of the demon clan, extraordinarily gifted, eccentric, reckless, and unruly. Though still young, his cultivation had reached its peak, and everyone had high hopes for him. His elders arranged a suitable marriage for him with Qiu Shi, a troublesome girl. Before her thirtieth-thousand birthday, she kept going on about wanting a dragon pearl to make a hairpin. Before he could return from the Eastern Sea, news arrived that she had unilaterally broken off their engagement. Qin Donglin: ??? Qin Donglin crossed the Four Seas by night, rushing more than eighty thousand li to get back. Upon arriving, he said nothing and slashed apart the rear courtyard where Qiu Shi had hidden her lover. As he watched the enormous black dragon struggle in the light of his sword, his eyes were filled with menace as he faced Qiu Shi, who had rushed over. Qiu Shi pulled him away. Once they were alone, Qiu Shi's little face crumpled. Her first words weren't about breaking off their engagement. She asked, "Donglin, you haven't fallen into demonic cultivation yet, have you?" Theme: As long as you don't give up, you'll always see hope.
