Tsushima Yuon, former Master of Chaldea, twice savior of humanity, and also known as Gudako, finally made it home after countless hardships... to a parallel world.
There was no helping it. Her home was a fragile IF world inside a [book], and it was already gone.
Though long since an adult, Tsushima Yuon had shrunk back to a child's body. She was glad she hadn't ended up with the script of that elementary school kid who'd been a detective for a thousand years. But she'd run into a problem that kid hadn't: in a normal modern society, a minor needed a guardian.
Find the parallel-world versions of her parents? No, no, better not. One had a conscience, but was mixed up with the mafia and had a scumbag for a boss. The other had left the mafia and gone straight, but was cold and heartless. Just thinking about the trouble either one would bring made Tsushima Yuon feel a headache coming on.
So the former Master of Chaldea drew a summoning circle and recited the incantation she knew by heart, even backwards. She thought, I don't ask for much. Just don't be too weird-looking. Looking like an adult is enough, and healing abilities would be even better. Anyone, please answer my summons. I just hope I can grow up safely this time, and then...
For a brief moment, Tsushima Yuon couldn't help thinking of her partner and beloved.
The next second, the very person she'd just been thinking of appeared in the summoning circle.
Zhongli, Lord of Geo, one of the Seven Rulers of the Mortal Realm, the Geo Archon, Morax, Li: "My wife, it's been seven hundred years. This surprise you've given me... is quite something."
The Heroic Spirits who had fought tooth and nail for the chance to answer the summons, only to be beaten to it: *profanity* *more profanity*
Theme: A flower of hope blooming amid pain and despair.
