Kaka Says Love Is Exhausting

Before he turned twelve, Kakashi thought the dynamics of Team Minato were probably like this: Rin and Obito liked each other, their teacher showed off his love, and he was the lone single guy.

After he turned twelve, Kakashi understood it was probably: Obito → Rin → him. Maybe.

After Obito came back from the dead and died again, Kakashi spent the long years that followed thinking it over. Perhaps it really was still: Obito and Rin liked each other, and he was the lone single guy.

Just before he finally died of old age, Kakashi gazed at the old photograph of Team Minato. In the moments before he slowly closed his eyes, he suddenly felt the truth might be: him → Obito → Rin.

But then he was suddenly reborn, inexplicably gender-swapped, and given the identity of someone called "Hatake Anzai"...

Kakashi stared expressionlessly at the masked man who supposedly planned to destroy the world for "Anzai."

I'm so tired of love. Thanks.

1. Hatake Anzai is another translation of Kakashi's name.

2. Kakashi is gender-swapped, and the CP is Obito.

3. Rin is gender-swapped too.

4. A crossover with Hunter x Hunter and Bleach, maybe.
