White Frost in the Northern City

All I did was tumble down a hillside, and I ended up being hauled off to some place from who knows what dynasty. I felt my forehead. No fever.

And, as luck would have it... I was fortunate enough to earn the favor of the second master of the wealthy Bei family. Well, at least I wouldn't starve...

I'm only a humble translator. I merely offended the head of the family a little. Surely I wouldn't be demoted to serving as his personal attendant...

Maybe I'm just terribly unlucky, but I consider myself decent enough. I'm not that annoying...

So why am I falling for that head of the family who always finds fault with me?

Do I have a death wish?
