This is a story about a boy who comes to an island as a gemstone merchant, wins the residents' affection, and enjoys a happy life with them.
I'm a handheld gaming fan. I played both Animal Crossing games back in the days of the Nintendo DS and 3DS. When the new Animal Crossing game came out on the Switch, I was among the first to enjoy life on the island, and lately I've been completely obsessed with it.
But the idea of writing an Animal Crossing fanfic only came to me suddenly today, like a flash of inspiration. As for the male lead, he's Link, the protagonist of last year's The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening. I thought it would be fun to imagine Link having all kinds of adventures in Animal Crossing. Besides, both games involve islands, so it feels like fate.
I don't plan to abandon this story. As long as I keep playing Animal Crossing, I'll have the motivation to keep updating. I haven't decided on a pairing yet. I'm most interested in Redd, but I plan to write a separate story with Redd as the protagonist later, so he isn't under consideration as the love interest here. I'll decide who it ends up being based on how the story develops.
This is a leisurely, sweet slice-of-life story. There'll be a little angst at most, and definitely no heavy angst. The chapters won't be too long. Take your time reading, and avoid reader fatigue.
I've played a few Legend of Zelda games, and Link really can be both sweet and cool. When reading, you can picture Link as the adorable chibi version from Link's Awakening or Spirit Tracks, or as the handsome young hero from Breath of the Wild and Super Smash Bros. It's up to you.
One more thing: I chose the Southern Hemisphere when I arrived on the island, so a lot of the story will follow its seasons. When I saw Wisp, I did think about having Luigi make a cameo, but that was only a passing thought.
All right, enough chatter. Please enjoy the story.
Theme: A happy, carefree life.
I'm late. It's so hard for us macho guys to read an Animal Crossing novel. No one has written it. There is only one with a little more words. Woohoo, wooooo, it's so difficult. The macho gamer is in tears.
It hasn't been updated yet. I've been writing the beginning recently. In the adventure game, the two gangster heroes are mainly attacked by cuteness in the vs. Cultivation game. My protagonist is fishing for shells but encounters an otter who is having sex for free. In a rage, he rushes out of the anti-shark net and chases him all the way to the Hyrule continent. After landing, he treats Link flying in the sky as a balloon gift and shoots him down with a slingshot...
Please update quickly. I recently switched from Animal Crossing to Zelda. Because I'm too bad at it, it's a bit difficult to play, so I want to write an article about Animal Crossing characters entering the Hyrule continent. Without the restrictions of the heart and energy bar, I feel that I can completely abuse Link, haha Haha, you can conquer the world with a bug net, and it is easier to make money in Animal Crossing than Link. You can buy a house in Hyrule for 3,000 yuan. Yingda is much more kind than a raccoon cat profiteer. Hahaha, with my Animal Crossing wallet, I can buy all of Hyrule continent.
Scorpions are so scary. I went to Mile Island before and they were full of scorpions. I was stunned after just walking a few steps. I fainted for n times before I finally caught one. It was so scary.
Hahaha, Fu Da is a spoiler, teach him a lesson quickly
I just started playing Animal Crossing. It's summer now and there are fireflies. I look forward to seeing fireflies in your articles~~
Who wouldn't? It's so convenient to pile up at the door! Save up and then go for appraisal!
Don't mention it. I fell down before I even reacted when I encountered a scorpion.
So well written! Link is so cute
