I Am Your Father

[Sharp-tongued lawyer x Straight-laced CEO]

Wen Ge should never, ever have dreamed of bossing around the client.

To make up for having offended Si Chen several times,

she is forced to serve him tea and water, with her head bowed.

Si Chen recounts their past grievances, and she immediately writes down all the wrongs she's done in her little notebook.

Si Chen scolds his incompetent subordinates, and she instantly sends him five thousand sophisticated insults.

Si Chen hints that he wants to pursue the woman he loves, and she stays up all night writing a ten-thousand-word guide on how to win her over.

Just as Wen Ge thinks they've finally put their differences behind them and can work together again,

she suddenly discovers that the target of the ten-thousand-word guide is herself!

Good grief!

[I haven't thought of the rest of the blurb yet. I'll revise it from time to time; the setting is basically unchanged. 2022.10.1]
