I Hear I'm Yours

At the celebration banquet, everyone else was busy flirting. Lin Qiao sat among a group of female celebrities, drinking and gossiping. "Have you heard the latest gossip about Bai Shaoning?" Making sure it was gossip he hadn't heard before, Lin Qiao perked right up. "What? What is it?" "Apparently, he's got a sugar daddy behind the scenes, too." "Really? Are you sure?" Lin Qiao was getting excited. He loved little industry gossip about people being kept by wealthy benefactors. Especially when it was about Bai Shaoning. What kind of person in the business world could afford to keep Bai Shaoning? Others might not know, but Lin Qiao, being part of the industry, knew all too well. In public, Bai Shaoning was a Best Actor. Behind the scenes, he was also an investor in a film company, with an incredible eye for investments. He had invested in several of the top ten highest-grossing movies in China. Anyone who wanted to keep him would need to be rich, and probably extremely rich. As they were talking, someone suddenly stopped beside them and stared at them coldly. Before Lin Qiao could react, he heard a chilly voice say, "Sugar daddy." "Sugar daddy?" Lin Qiao looked bewildered. The female entertainers beside him: ... (Did I just stumble onto some real dirt???) Lin Qiao: Who has money to waste on keeping someone? Don't drag me into this!! Bai Shaoning: How did you know I wanted to get with you?
