I Suspect the Show-Off King Is a Top Student

Lin Huai was a model student who had won countless competition awards and excelled in every aspect of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education. He was often featured in the school paper. After leaving the exam room, he thought all the media would swarm around him. Instead, he found them gathered around a handsome, sharp-eyed boy with a roguish air. He knew that guy. They'd taken the same exams. The boy spent thirty minutes on each test before dozing off soundly, hardly looking like he was there to take an exam at all... His name was... Chu Shen, maybe? Reporter: Which school are you aiming for? Chu Shen: The city's top high school, I guess. The dorms are nice. Reporter: You're so confident. How do you think you did? Chu Shen: I could get a perfect score, but there's no need. Lin Huai: ...I've seen people act cocky, but never anyone this shameless! Later... this guy really did get a score just barely above the cutoff and became Lin Huai's deskmate. Not only did he love sleeping, he was always dragging Lin Huai into naps with him. Years later, their classmates recalled those days and lamented, "Never look down on people who sleep in class. They might all be top students: nap together in class, then study like crazy after school." [Arrogant genius top x cool, aloof top student bottom] P.S. A story about a born genius and a genius who works hard. A classic mutual salvation romance, pure love, and mutual firsts. [Urban fantasy BL novel coming soon: Don't Ask, I'm Infertile [Showbiz].
