I Became the Zombie Emperor and Got Caught Up in Global Evolution

[Screenshotted on September 16, 2021. Do not steal the premise] New Calendar Year 2112, a hundred years after the legendary 2012, the end of the world arrives. Radiation that causes mutations in humans blankets the globe. Hearing the television repeatedly announce that any discovered mutations must be reported immediately, for the sake of all humanity, Yan Ran bravely reports himself, becoming a model zombie in the new era. Later. The genetic mutation inspectors not only don't arrest him, they even hand him a guide to mutations and tell him to study hard: "Signs of genetic infection and mutation: snake face, frog face, spitting mucus, octopus tentacles..." Yan Ran: "..." He really has no business joining the monster faction. He'd better get himself together and be a person. Yue Jinglan, humanity's strongest fighter. Formerly a soldier, he was accidentally infected by the first-generation monster after retiring. He entered the base early and became the first person in the apocalypse to mutate and then recover, fighting for humanity's future. Returning to his old line of work and giving his life for his country should have been a good thing. But his genes are so unusual that he is always on the verge of losing control. To be safe, the base's higher-ups choose a stable individual who is insensitive to radiation to supervise him, making it easy to monitor him at all times and kill him if necessary. This arduous task falls to the Zombie Emperor, who had been living an ordinary, peaceful life and never meddled in other people's business. Yan Ran: ...Me??
