What are some baffling human behaviors in Naruto?
Thanks for the invite. I'm in the Land of Fire, just opened Bihu. Here are a few off the top of my head.

5 They've fought four Great Ninja Wars, yet the villages never learn from experience. To them, the idea that war is politics by other means doesn't exist.
Lin Jiashu was using his phone to rack up points on a study app while reading Bihu on his tablet, laughing out loud. Naruto was a childhood favorite, so he couldn't help but offer his own commentary: The ninja villages and villains are just undereducated. If everyone had a study app, things would never have turned out like that!
Just then, the phone's daily quiz popped up with a question about the standard of truth. Without a second thought, Lin Jiashu typed, "Practice is the sole criterion for testing truth."
And so he transmigrated, study app in tow...
Content warnings: 1. The early part focuses on business and farming; infrastructure development comes in the middle.
2. Lots of fanon. I don't know enough about Naruto and haven't watched Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. My writing is rusty and at an elementary-school level.
3. The characters may be silly and sweet, the plot may make no sense and go off the rails. Please excuse the author's self-indulgence.
