After the Divorce, This Palace Rose Again

A proud princess versus her reborn ex-husband. Song Huan'er, who had once been arrogant and overbearing, was the most miserable commandery princess of all. She had used despicable means to marry her beloved, the heir to the Duke of Zhenguo, and had become infamous and unwelcome in her husband's family. She could only keep her head down, serve her parents-in-law, care for her husband, and make herself small. Then her father was deposed, and she was forced to divorce, falling from a gilded life to become a commoner anyone could trample on. But one day, her father was going to become emperor, and she became a princess exalted above all. Ha! Those who bullied me are going to pay back everything, with interest. Her cousin who tried to steal her husband: confined! Everyone in the Duke of Zhenguo's household who bullied her: exiled! And then her ex-husband became the gatekeeper of her fief! Song Huan'er threw her head back and laughed: He Qingyuan, now you're in my hands. Let's see how I deal with you! He Qingyuan: Your Highness, I couldn't be happier. After a series of outrageous maneuvers, including pretending to have amnesia and a political marriage, Song Huan'er realized something was off. How had the aloof, moonlike He Qingyuan turned into a clingy pest who wouldn't leave no matter how much she hit or pushed him away? He Qingyuan: There was once a rose. I plucked out her thorns. Now I have to find every last one and give them back to her.

Theme: The reborn male lead has been silently enduring for the heroine for years, and finally wins her heart.
