Zero Cognition [Crossover]

Chiyo Jo ya is a Yokohama native, a kind and somewhat strange child. That's what most people think of him. But... The villains he beats up: Could you all turn around and look at this, please?! Chiyo Jo ya is male and the student council president of Namimori Middle School. He's famous throughout Namimori for his strange look, with a piece of paper stuck to his face that leaves only his chin exposed. By all rights, Chairman Hibari should have beaten him with his tonfa, so it was astonishing when Kyoya Hibari merely snorted with amusement and left him alone. He even helped him with student council affairs, and occasionally sparred with him. One day Chiyo Jo ya took the paper off. Everyone: Hsss, Oh my god, quick... put it back on! 18: ...Hmph. (Immediately plasters the paper back over his face.)
