Officially Announced as a Couple on the Day I Went Viral

Away from the spotlight, backstage, Geng Li grabbed the back of Chu Nan's head. The curtain in the corner rasped against the wall, and Chu Nan's fingertips brushed his bitten lips. The roar of the crowd reached their ears, all of it fans screaming. “When are we going to make it public?” Chu Nan's voice was a little hoarse. “Give it a little longer.” Geng Li touched his head. “You go first. I'll bring up the rear.” “Okay.” Chu Nan left, and never came back. Standing onstage, Geng Li saw only the surging crowd and heard screams loud enough to burst his eardrums. He didn't even know that Chu Nan had been stabbed to death. That night, Geng Li changed his Weibo profile picture to a photo of him and Chu Nan kissing passionately. Weibo crashed for a while. A declaration of love, too late. Chu Nan would never know that when Geng Li said to wait a little longer, he meant he was waiting for Chu Nan's five-year contract to expire, waiting until Chu Nan was free to date. Geng Li had worked it out precisely: just one month left. He had carefully protected that person and his future, but in the end, couldn't even save his life. One month after Chu Nan died, Geng Li fell to his death from the Chufeng stage. When Geng Li opened his eyes again, he saw Chu Nan at twenty, on his first day on set. “Can I take a photo with you?” Geng Li asked Chu Nan, who was playing a game. “Just a moment.” Chu Nan didn't even look up. The next day, a photo appeared online. Geng Li stared at Chu Nan's profile, his gaze burning with affection. The fans went wild: Fan 1: “Ah, I'm dying. The way the Film Emperor looks at him is lethal.” Fan 2: “I'd die happy if he looked at me like that.” Fan 3: “Chu Nan is so handsome, I'm in! This couple is endgame!” “Bro, don't overthink it. It's just the angle.” Chu Nan took it upon himself to reassure the person involved. He had barely finished speaking when Geng Li pinned him against the wall. “Then let's change the angle and make it official.” Chu Nan: “??!!” Make what official? The next day, the top Weibo headline read: Rising star Chu Nan and Film Emperor Geng Li's romance revealed. Chu Nan: “I only just got famous! Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?” Theme: Positive and uplifting
