After I Broke the Plot, the System Unbound Itself from Me

After Gu Yu transmigrates into The Strongest Pill God, a web novel on a certain Chinese fiction site, he's forced to bind himself to a cannon-fodder System and play the part of the book's rich, spoiled second-generation immortal. His hidden trait is that he's a rabbit demon whose flesh can bring the dead back to life and restore their bones! Gu Yu: No! I don't want to be eaten! To hide his identity and find a way home, he diligently follows the System's instructions and antagonizes the male lead, Shen Yecang, at every turn. But then an accident happens, and he ends up in bed with Shen Yecang! [Warning! A major plot deviation has been detected. Attempting to repair... Repair failed! Book-transmigration mission failed. Unbinding System... Unbinding successful. Goodbye, Host!] Gu Yu: ??? Is it too late to latch onto the male lead now? -- Gu Yu dutifully clings to Shen Yecang, giving him spirit stones and pills, and even sleeping with him. Shen Yecang: It's confirmed. Senior Brother Gu really does like me. Gu Yu: I don't! I haven't! Don't make things up! Shen Yecang: Hmm? Terrified, timid Gu Yu awakens his bloodline and reveals his rabbit ears right in front of Shen Yecang. Gu Yu: *Sobbing* QAQ Don't eat me! Shen Yecang strokes his rabbit ears and smiles. "Senior Brother, what other secrets are you hiding from me?" Gu Yu shakes his head like a rattle: QAQ There really aren't any more! Shen Yecang: Heh, I don't believe a word of it!
