I Ran Into My Reader on a Narrow Road

Blurb:

Five years ago, the pen name "Half Moon" took the women's fiction side of a certain website by storm.

Her beloved readers said Half Moon was a cool, sweet, brilliant fairy of a big sister.

But fate had other plans. One day, Half Moon's novel was given a red card and had points deducted for using a font on its cover without permission. After that, Half Moon disappeared without a trace.

Tens of thousands of fans were left behind, crying out for updates on the unfinished novel.

Five years later, a great writer called "Call Me Bro" appeared out of nowhere on a famous men's fiction website. His power-up adventure novels were such a hit that countless straight guys fell head over heels for them.

One day, a devoted fan who had spent five years waiting at the bottom of Half Moon's abandoned novel posted in their old game chat group: Hey, besties, take a look at that guy writing men's fiction on that site. Damn it! I suspect he's plagiarizing our fairy big sister.

For the sake of the one true love they all shared, the old readers plunged into the men's fiction scene, determined to take down the author "Call Me Bro."

Li Chenye: ????

I hear my readers suspect me of plagiarizing myself?

Later, Call Me Bro's works became a huge hit, and Li Chenye was invited to all kinds of variety shows, interviews, and press conferences.

And yet... the director gave him a hard time, a young celebrity glared at him, and even the host made sarcastic remarks between the lines.

Finally, one day, Li Chenye couldn't take it anymore. He invited the biggest troublemakers, the ones who'd been targeting him the hardest, to meet in a grove.

"So, what did I do to offend you guys?"

The troublemakers answered in unison: "We're devoted fans of Big Sister Half Moon!"

Li Chenye: ?

Oh, so they're his fans.

Fans of his secret identity.

Fans of the secret identity whose novels he'd abandoned several times.

Reading guide:

1. No pairings. No romance with men or women.

2. No romantic plot, just chaos between characters for pretty much the whole story.

Theme: Write diligently and keep improving every day.
