In his usual state, Muzan can be either the top (not really) or the bottom.
The scumbag boss wakes up one day to find he has become a woman. In a panic, he tops another Muzan.
Muzan (looking utterly confused): What did I do wrong?
Scumbag Boss and Miss Muzan: Nothing. Seeing you just makes us feel a little restless.
Ahhh, actually, I was firmly against writing a romance spin-off, but I really wanted to see Scumbag Boss♂ and Scumbag Boss♀/♂, or Scumbag Boss♂ and the complete form of Scumbag Boss, get together. I looked online and couldn't find anything, so I had to write it myself (What principles? *manually inserts a wry grin*).
Oh, I just realized there's one thing I didn't make clear in the story: when Scumbag Boss is in a female body, the two demons' relationship is fourth love (serious face).
Just to be clear, this is a self-pairing, with the character topping and bottoming himself. I'll leave the details out of the blurb.
