My Stepsister Is a Shark

[Blurb captured in a screenshot on 2020.3.7]

My stepsister is a beautiful woman, aloof and noble, who speaks only when necessary and never pays me any attention.

That is, until one night, when she fell asleep while taking a bath. Out of kindness, I opened the bathroom door, intending to wake her up.

And then I saw a thick tail in the bathtub.

Whoa, so she's a mermaid!

My stepsister slowly woke up, her lashes lifting slightly. "So you found out."

I admit it: her beauty bewitched me. So I promised to keep her secret.

On the condition that she stay.

She agreed. We spent some harmonious days together. Until one day, she took me underwater.

It was a quiet night. The waves rolled, and the stars and moon were dim.

I watched my stepsister swimming among the schools of fish expectantly, thinking I was about to see a dreamlike scene from a fairy tale. But then she suddenly opened her mouth, revealing rows of jagged, pointed teeth

Only then did I realize that my stepsister wasn't a mermaid at all.

She was a shark.

And what's more,

She was male.
