The God King Reigns Supreme: The Electromaster Is Always the Strongest (Railgun)

On the night Accelerator and Misaka 10032 conducted their experiment, Kamijou Touma arrived fifteen minutes later than the world had expected. Those fifteen minutes were enough for Misaka Mikoto to offer her life at Accelerator's feet. But they say that sacrificing a sufficiently powerful electric esper can grant the key to unlocking divine power. "I am Sphragis, a human-shaped seal created by the fire god Hephaestus, bearing a fragment of the power of Zeus, king of the gods, and the benevolent divine spirit of Athena, goddess of the city. I also possess the mortal heart of Odysseus, whose wisdom comes closest to that of the gods. Hero who protects humanity, Olympus has heard your prayer. I shall descend into the mortal world and stand by your side, judging whether you are worthy to wield divine power." The opening is serious, but this is actually a silly, adorable, everyday monster-fighting comedy. It has no particular purpose beyond letting Bilibili Princess be cute, use her overpowered abilities, and live happily ever after. It follows the A Certain Scientific Railgun manga/anime continuity and basically doesn't touch on A Certain Magical Index. Pairings are undecided, basically all characters are involved. The original female character, Kuroko, Accelerator, Touma, Shokuhou, and the Sisters all get their moments after marriage. The daughters have wings on both their left and right sides. Happiness is what matters! The lightning dancing at your fingertips is my unchanging faith for all my life. May my Railgun reign eternal! Theme: Bilibili Princess is the cutest, strongest, and most overpowered. That's all there is to it.
