I've Liked Your Younger Sister for a Long Time

(Main story complete) When Yao Xing was sixteen, she met her older brother's roommate for the first time. He had striking, refined features and a tall, straight nose. Yao Xing always thought of him simply as her brother's good friend. Whenever they met, she was polite and courteous, practically wearing a sign on her forehead that said, "We aren't close." Later, he cornered Yao Xing at the doorway to her room. The man still had that exceptionally handsome face, but now he looked at her with a faintly amused expression. His voice sounded troubled. "This is a bit awkward." Yao Xing: "?" "Your brother has always treated me like a brother, but I only want to be his brother-in-law." "Tell me, does being a brother-in-law count as being a brother?" Yao Xing: "..." I think my brother might beat you to death. A long-planned pursuit and a clear-eyed heroine Author's note: There are no depictions of romance or intimacy before adulthood.
