Lu Zeyan refused to believe it. The man who had always been calm and composed searched frantically for her.

He stayed awake day and night, nearly out of his mind.

But Wen Yi vanished from his life completely.

Wen Yi had faked her death to escape, and lost her memory.

A man appeared by the side of the amnesiac Wen Yi.

He was gentle as jade, refined and distinguished, dressed in an expensive suit.

He told her he was her fiance, and that he had cared for her in the hospital for a whole month.

Her fiance was gentle and attentive, and Wen Yi soon let down her guard.

Just as Wen Yi was preparing to marry him, Lu Zeyan appeared.

Lu Zeyan was covered in blood and looked utterly wretched. He grabbed her wrist tightly and gritted out,

"Wen Yi, you said you only loved me. You can't marry someone else."

Wen Yi looked at the strange man before her and fearfully hid in her fiance's arms.

While Wen Yi was gone, Lu Zeyan finally realized that he had fallen in love with her long ago.

But she no longer loved him.
