Back to 2004

Also known as: My First Love's Rival Turned Out to Be Me

1. Lin Qiqi wakes up one day and has transmigrated back to 2004, into the body of her older sister, Lin Ran.

That year, Lin Ran is fourteen, and Lin Qiqi is nine.

At first, she plans to help her sister study hard and get into Tsinghua or Peking University.

She never expected to run into two spoiled brats:

The younger Lin Qiqi, and Zhao Xiaoguan, the top brawler among the troublemakers at Chengbei Middle School.

One puts on an act and cries all the time, while the other starts fights and claims he's going to "get with" her.

Lin Ran thinks, This can't be right. I'm a well-rounded university student with sixteen extra years of life experience. How can I lose to a nine-year-old brat and the godfather of rural, non-mainstream, spiky-haired fashion?

So she embarks on a long campaign of outsmarting her younger self and the school delinquents.

But the two spoiled brats refuse to play by the rules and start competing to see who can be more sentimental.

Lin Qiqi clings to her leg. "Sis, don't cry. I'll protect you."

Zhao Xiaoguan stands with her beneath a quiet, empty tree, holding her. "I may not be good at studying, but when it comes to loving you, you can't beat me."

Lin Ran: "..."
