The Genius Girl Persona Must Not Crumble

Tian Ning No. 1 High School gets a transfer student who has made a habit of dropping out: Song Yin. With his delicate, coolly handsome looks, it takes only a few days for him to be crowned the school's newest heartthrob and the aloof male idol of every girl.

Just one month after arriving, Song Yin, who should be a good-for-nothing, somehow crushes Chen Lingxi, the perennial top student, and becomes the new grade champion.

In every test that follows, big or small, he even gets full marks on her in-class dictation tests.

Everyone knows Chen Lingxi is the genius girl at Tian Ning No. 1 High School who can sleep through class and still rank first.

After being beaten, she has a complete breakdown.

To keep up appearances, Chen Lingxi devises a "fishing" plan. After putting it into practice for two months, she's convinced she's got her fish on the hook. Then the midterm results come out: Song Yin is first, and Chen Lingxi falls out of the top ten... (dammit)

Before long, everyone notices that Chen Lingxi has stopped sleeping in class. Sometimes she yawns, and Song Yin even catches her by the pigtail and warns her.

#The fact that I secretly stayed up late studying hard to maintain my image was discovered by my archenemy orz#

#My archenemy keeps tugging my pigtail in class every day just to stop me from dying at my desk?!#
