Even Big Cats Don't Want to Fight

The 18+ RPG Sevenfold Gates, said to have been in development for eighteen years, became an instant sensation when it launched.

In the game, the seven gates correspond to the Seven Deadly Sins. Opening each gate releases the embodiment of one sin.

Players are disciples chosen by one of the seven gates. They gain the attention and a portion of the power of one of the Seven Deadly Sins, as well as the ability to open gates.

Opening gates is the main quest in the early game.

A disciple absorbs the sin value generated when the corresponding sin is committed. Once they have enough to condense into a key, they can find that sin's human vessel and insert the key into their heart.

Once a disciple attempts to open a gate, whether they succeed or fail, the turn passes to the next gate. Only one gate can be opened at a time.

The disciples diligently gather sin value and diligently trip up the other disciples.

Things start to seem wrong when someone uses a disciple's abilities in the real world.

Maoye Youchuan is the human vessel of Pride.

He can act cute, cling to people, and throw tantrums, but his friends have seen through him: naivety is his nature, and cruelty is his instinct.

But you can't expect too much of a big cat. Not eating its caretaker is already worth encouraging (x).

Maoye Youchuan never wanted to obey that garbage game and join the free-for-all. Fighting and killing are too boring for him now. Socializing with his natural people skills is just the right amount of fun.

...If he hadn't started having erotic dreams. The objects of his dreams are all his friends, and the plots are adapted from his memories of spending time with them.

Anyway, let's kill this foolish black goat of Lust first ^^.

[Notes]

◆ Naturally predatory big-cat seme.

◇ The whole story has been rewritten. Chapters that haven't been revised are locked for now.

◆ A fusion of chaotic worldbuilding and genres. I'll make up the setting as I go; there will be OOC moments and plot holes too (serenely).

Theme: Everyone, no matter who they are, can make friends.
