Number Twenty-Nine

A Mary Sue story with a fragile heroine pursued by everyone, but not a polyamorous romance.

This is a doomed planet with no future.

After the Aβ explosion, every other species died out. The only survivors were Alpha monsters, all of them mutated.

Snarling wolves, vicious merfolk, keen-nosed canines, and noble, valiant black dragons. There are no nations here: only the survival of the fittest.

Nobody expected an Omega like her to appear.

Her clean, neat dress was light and close-fitting. Her waist was slender, her arms pale and delicate. Sitting in the desert, she looked around in bewilderment, like a small, helpless animal, with an innate allure.

She had just entered her first heat.

Bonus scene:

Every fragile Omega is warned by their teacher during their education:

Your first heat is the most important time of your life, bar none. You'll become more sensitive to pheromones, your skin will grow softer and fairer, and you'll become more likely to get pregnant. These are natural traits, and no one can change them.

So stay away from Alphas who aren't yours.

Su Li kept that in mind.

Reader's guide:

This really is a planet that's doomed, with no future.

Most of this is my own worldbuilding, so don't nitpick the details.

The title and blurb may change after the story starts. One-on-one, both are each other's first. My usual style.
