Tang Wei had wanted a dog ever since she was little. She'd wanted one for so long: a warm, loyal living creature whose heart and body belonged entirely to her. But for one reason or another, it never happened. The woman at home didn't like dogs. She said if Tang Wei dared to get one, she'd throw both her and the dog out.
But Tang Wei didn't mind. Li Yunchen was basically a dog she'd raised from childhood, in secret, the kind who could survive on just a little love. He didn't care what other people thought and was so proud he bordered on stubborn. He was a shadow trampled into the dirt, and a dream she couldn't shake.
But before she provoked him, she never imagined that after ruthlessly abandoning him and completely forgetting him, he would come looking for her one day. He made her learn the hard way what it meant to suffer the consequences of your own actions and to overstep your station.
P.S. Blurb revised on 2023/5/30. It's been so long that I've lost the feeling for it. Bowing and apologizing.
