Something Strange Is Going On

The Jiuzhou Monster Bureau opens its services to both humans and monsters.

As the only human employee at the bureau, Qiao Nanxing has to get around on foot while the other monsters fly.

The others replenish their energy by meditating, while she has to spend money.

The others earn their commissions with a snap of their fingers, while she ends up battered and bruised without making a cent.

Ever since she found a man on Chaisang Mountain, things have gone from bad to worse for her already struggling household.

Then one day, she discovers the man she picked up might not be human. He can shrink the distance between places, turn stone into gold, and take on a whole crowd by himself. From then on, Qiao Nanxing’s sales figures start soaring.
