Yan Zhao became a Grand Tutor after earning the title of Imperial Top Graduate. By imperial decree, she took on the task of educating the princes, and survived in the palace by being cautious and careful. It was only because she entered the palace that she met him.

When they first met, the child was filthy, like a stray cat. He barely had enough to eat himself, yet stubbornly insisted on feeding a kitten. The sight of the child and the cat was so pitiful that Yan Zhao took pity on them and decided to adopt him, thinking of him as a son.

Who knew that as she raised him, the boy would turn out all wrong! Yan Zhao never imagined that after spending years of her energy on him, she'd have to give up the rest of her life and happiness too.

"Teacher said she likes Xi'er best! So you can't run away, okay?"

Reading Guide

1. The heroine has disguised herself as a boy since childhood.

2. One-on-one romance, both leads are virgins.

3. Set in an alternate history. If you want historical accuracy, this isn't for you.

Title: After Switching Bodies with the Emperor

Bonus Scene

Luo Li'er wakes from a deep sleep and feels that her already flat chest has somehow gotten flatter. She tentatively feels around, then freezes. She pulls open her belt and sneaks a glance inside. "!!! What the hell? Who put a dick on me?"
