A Koi Spirit Fell from the Sky

Blurb One

After getting drunk and jumping into the Immortal-Fallen Terrace, Jin Xiaoli became a pet shop resident and was bought by a little brat. That wasn't the important part. The important part was that the kid had an older brother, a total villain who bullied her every day and often carried her onto the stove, ready to turn on the fire.

Blurb Two

Luo Yang was just an ordinary poker-faced (crossed out) high school student. He played games and watched anime, and occasionally confessed to his crush without changing expression. She always took it as provocation, but life was still pretty carefree. Then his younger brother brought home a fish, the kind you could braise in a pot, and his good days came to an end.

The fish was naturally vicious and moody. It drank and caused trouble, couldn't do any housework, and often took over his fish tank.

Bonus Scene

Luo Yang stared expressionlessly at the bottle cap in his hand, which read "Free Bottle," then looked at the pile of giveaway items in his house. He rubbed his chin and muttered:

"What's gotten into me lately? I'm so lucky. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket."

A certain koi, who had been darting around in front of Luo Yang only to be completely ignored, shouted:

"Stop ignoring me!"

This is the story of a lucky koi spirit and a poker-faced high school student.
