49 Days on a Ship (GL)

[The upcoming story, My Girlfriend the Forensic Pathologist Is a Cat, is open for follows on my profile =3=]

A short-tempered, itchy-to-fight suspense novelist bottom (Lu Qing'an) x a stoic, reserved forensic pathologist top (Heng Nian)

In search of material for her writing, Lu Qing'an takes a mysterious ship to an uninhabited island on someone's recommendation.

Every day, someone aboard the ship dies under strange circumstances, and everyone is trying to figure out who the killer is.

While everyone is on edge, Lu Qing'an spots a woman in a corner reading one of her novels.

Her eyes light up. She excitedly dashes over and asks, "Is this novel any good?"

Heng Nian, all bark and no bite, furrows her brows. "Sloppily written."

Even more excited, Lu Qing'an clutches her secret identity and asks, "Why?"

Heng Nian: "You know nothing about the technical details, and the plot makes no sense."

Later...

"What if I told you that I wrote this sloppily written novel..." Lu Qing'an says with a smile, looking at Heng Nian.

Heng Nian freezes for a few seconds, then suddenly pins her against the ship's railing. "I was insulting myself, darling."
