[Past and Present Life: A Reckoning]
Blurb One
When Yan Xiaojiu was struck by lightning and transmigrated to her past life, she had memories of both lives. Only then did she discover that in both her present and past lives, she was the vicious supporting female character in a xianxia Mary Sue novel.
In both lives, she failed to win the love of the story’s male lead and supporting male characters, and ended up dying horribly.
She was either poisoned to death or had her heart brutally cut out.
Yan Xiaojiu’s reaction: How tragic!
But when she had no choice but to win over the men who despised her and wanted nothing to do with her again in order to stay alive, she thought:
“Love is like this: the first time, you’re a cinnabar mole, a white moonlight, impossible to forget. The second time, you’re a mosquito’s bloodstain under the flowers, annoying every time I see you.”
So this time, she would become their cinnabar mole and white moonlight. She would pretend to love them, come to their aid when they were in danger, support them unconditionally, help them, and adore them... Then, once they had achieved their goals and stepped away, she would stab them in the heart with a painfully public breakup, making them willingly let her carve out their hearts.
That’s the strategy I wrote for them, and the trial that would let me sever my feelings and transcend the world.
Later, after Yan Xiaojiu successfully reclaimed her own heart, she finally remembered the most important thing: she was a visitor from another world. Her arrival in this world had been pure chance. Now that she had achieved her goal, it was time to go home and inherit the family business.
Reader’s Guide: In her past life, the heroine was simple-minded, gullible, stubborn, a hopeless romantic, and boy-crazy.
She won’t go back to them. The male lead is undecided.
This is a story about a fickle heroine who likes handsome men, handsome men who like the second female lead, the second female lead who keeps pestering the heroine, and the heroine who eventually focuses on her career.
No logic, no morals, just letting loose.
Please note before reading: I’m an amateur novice, and I’m letting loose.
At first, I intended to write this as a contracted novel, and I had a rough outline and several major characters planned.
But it wasn’t something I’m good at or wanted to write, and the numbers were dismal: no favorites, no comments. Writing alone for love of the story was too exhausting, so I didn’t stick with it. (Actually, I was mostly sneaking off to write Yun Sheng Meng Xu Qi Wei Qi.)
If any sweet readers like this story, which seems melodramatic but is actually even more over-the-top and hard to stomach, leave a favorite and a comment. Maybe I’ll consider taking on the challenge.
After all, it’s hard to persevere when it isn’t what I want to write.
Theme: In my past life, you couldn’t care less about me. In this life, you won’t be able to reach me.
This book was going to be ruined, but the click data is okay. If there are any cute favorites or comments, I may consider restoring the coding. I really can't hold on to the single-machine coding of Generating Power for Love. In fact, I had a rough outline before I started this article, and several main characters were also drawn up. However, because it is not what I am good at and what I want to write, I have been hesitating. In order to avoid this, I will publish a chapter that was coded more than a year ago, and just update it as it happens.
