[Complete] Thank you for reading.
Yue Zhao always thought that life was like sailing a small boat downstream, following the river toward one's destination.
For centuries, she had drifted leisurely through a sea of flowers, perfectly content.
Until one day, her boat capsized.
After they got together, Yue Zhao realized she couldn't give him the kind of passionate love he wanted.
But what did it matter?
She could give him steady, long-lasting companionship.
And that's what a ghost needed, too.
How Yue Zhao's impression of the ghost changes: He's beautiful -> (after emerging from seclusion) What did he look like again? -> A beautiful man always looks good, even if he's a little bad-tempered -> It doesn't matter if a good-looking man has a bad temper -> He's good-looking -> He's mine
How the ghost's impression of Yue Zhao changes: She smells delicious -> (after tasting her) She really is delicious -> She looks frail, but she's actually good at fighting -> A long-term meal ticket -> She's actually cold-hearted by nature -> She cares about me -> She's mine now
Reader's note:
1. The female lead cultivates immortality, is half-demon, and has a single fire spiritual root. She is already at the Nascent Soul stage when the story begins. I couldn't think of any way to make her long-lived except cultivation.
2. The female lead is beautiful and powerful, leaning toward absolute neutrality. She might become chaotic evil later on. She does whatever she wants and is secretly ruthless. She's at the very top in terms of combat strength.
3. This is a fanfic of the villain from the Korean drama Scholar Who Walks the Night. It's fine if you haven't seen the show. I'm recommending its gorgeous villain. I can't get over his stunning looks, so I'm writing a story to indulge my new favorite.
4. I have no writing skills and there's no plot. This is just a self-indulgent writing exercise to get back into practice. There are personal interpretations and out-of-character elements. If that's not your thing, please click away.
Theme: Writing a story to indulge my favorite character
I feel like the ghost is a bit weird towards Huiling. I didn't care about it at first. I only raised it because of Yue Zhao. And I feel like things are developing weirdly. It feels like it's from the original drama.
Is there something wrong with the heroine? It feels like she was the cause of many consequences, but when things happen, she behaves differently.
It feels so strange, mistress. . . . .
This article is really great. The heroine is not stupid at all!! Our ghost king finally has a happy ending wwww
I finally got around to reading this book. I really like the love and bond between Gui Zhao! I also want to thank the author for bringing such a wonderful story to me and other readers! ^0^
This writing method is getting more and more magical. Why should the heroine be injured for Huiling? How come she can travel through time and space after suffering so many injuries. It's getting more and more baffling and incomprehensible.
Good looking, good looking. This ending is really good.
I feel like the relationship between the heroine and the ghost is also very strange emmmmm
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
If Yue Zhao could reciprocate his feelings, would she care about his past? I really want to see Yue Zhao angry. (?ω? )
