Brian Sivill transmigrated into an ultra-realistic virtual game called Superhero Romance Rules.
They say the game offers a high degree of freedom, with the story determined entirely by the player’s actions. You can freely choose who to pursue, and the affection system is 99 percent blended with the characters’ personalities. As soon as it launched, it took the fandom by storm and left countless players screaming.
But there was one problem.
He was a man.
And he had lost his memory.
Bruce Wayne somehow ended up inside a dating game.
Fortunately, this was a dating game with a high degree of freedom, so every night he could still faithfully play the freakishly creepy Big Bat and fight crime, punching the Penguin and stomping Black Mask, while waging a love-hate relationship with his Arkham fan club.
Until one day, he met a player who seemed to be trying to win him over. Looking at the blond young man in front of him, he finally remembered his role as the character being pursued.
But... Bruce’s expression shifted unpredictably.
Brian: “Y-you’re Batman?!” Holy crap, it’s the old Bat! Boss, take me with you!!!
Why could he hear what this guy was thinking???
Later, they both returned to their own world.
Bruce looked at the blond young man in front of him, his expression once again impossible to read.
Because he’d discovered that his goofy boyfriend had suddenly stopped being goofy, and didn’t remember him anymore.
This was a serious problem. Really.
Now, some little readers may be asking: Why is this a goofy dating game?
Brian: That’s me. Yes, I’m in charge of the goofy part. The old Bat handles the romance.
*To all the lovely readers of my story, may you live a long life.
