[Heroine's Blurb]
Ningshuang transmigrated into a melodramatic romance novel full of misery, hatred, and over-the-top drama. She thought, Well, what's done is done. I might as well make the best of it. If I can't win, I'll just stay out of the way. But who could have known?
Her parents, who had grown distant in the original story, cherished her like a precious jewel in this life.
Her formerly strict and difficult in-laws loved her even more than their own daughter.
And the short-lived heir, the male lead who was destined to be a stranger to her and die without an heir, not only stubbornly survived, but loved her with all his heart.
Now inexplicably the beloved sweetheart of the whole family, Ningshuang stared in confusion at her increasingly handsome husband, their chubby little son in her arms, and wondered: Did she transmigrate into the wrong book?
Well, a good life isn't something you can keep at bay, so she'd just have to enjoy it~
[Hero's Blurb]
After being reborn, Xiao Yicheng decided to kill anyone who stood in his way, whether they were human or Buddha. Romance was a trivial matter, and he couldn't be bothered with it. As for marriage, he and it would have nothing to do with each other from now on. But then, by chance, he heard the thoughts of his future darling: "I'd rather marry some common nobody than go anywhere near that bastard Xiao Yicheng!"
Excellent. He'd changed his mind.
That single thought ended up costing him his freedom.
[Reading Notes]
1. The setting is very loose, so please don't nitpick historical details.
2. A proud, contrary man who says one thing and means another vs. a carefree, lazy heroine.
3. The hero has mind-reading powers, but can only hear the heroine's thoughts.
4. This is not a groveling pursuit-wife story. It's a sweet romance about two goofballs falling in love while pretending to be serious.

Pairing: A lazy palace maid whose only goal is to lie low x a parrot emperor who can talk like a human
Lin Huan transmigrates into a palace-fighting novel as a low-ranking palace maid. She knows she has to seize the only chance she'll get to spend the night with the Emperor, after which she can naturally fall out of favor and lie low until the end, becoming a Dowager Consort with a child, content to enjoy her old age.
At first, everything goes smoothly. But then... Lin Huan discovers, to her astonishment, that losing the Emperor's favor is incredibly difficult.
Someone docks her monthly allowance, and before long the Imperial Household Department sends over heaps of gold and silver, apologizing profusely.
She complains about the shabby meals, and soon the Imperial Kitchen sends her a full Manchu-Han banquet, afraid it might arrive too late.
Lin Huan cuddles the majestic tiger parrot in her arms, deeply puzzled: Has this story been rewritten a little too much?
Parrot: ->_> Foolish woman, that's because I can hear every wish you make.
*
Emperor Yongxu, Chu Nan, overexerted himself on the night of his coming-of-age ceremony and ended up in a daze. From then on, he would occasionally transmigrate into the body of a parrot. Before long, he couldn't help developing a bit of a fondness for the parrot's owner.
She's so pitiful. I suppose I can help her out, the parrot thought with a knowing air.
And so he granted her the wish every woman in the palace wanted most: he spoiled her rotten.
Lin Huan, who was desperately trying to lose the Emperor's favor but couldn't: ...Well, thank you so much, dear.
Theme: Strive to better yourself and love life, and you'll experience all its joys and sorrows
The male protagonist at least saved the female protagonist. To be honest, this was no worse than a life-saving grace. The female protagonist lost her innocence in the era of strict etiquette. She was lucky enough to be sent away or became a monk. Unlucky, she was forced to death by her family. The heroine didn't even have a basic feeling of gratitude in her heart, she kept putting on airs, and didn't know anything about current affairs or good things. However, Cheng Chi thought that others had no problems, which was a bit deceptive. Although she didn't say it explicitly, the heroine knew that Cheng Chi liked the heroine. At any rate, the heroine should feel that Cheng Chi was really bad, but she didn't feel anything in her heart. I was really speechless about the heroine's double standards.
The heroine's IQ is not online, she is silly and sweet
My cousin is too indecisive and always considers the feelings of other women. In this way, even if the heroine marries him, she will not be happy. She has to be on guard all the time, which is too tiring.
The normal idea should not be to kill Fu Ningmiao, bring the heroine and her cousin together, spread rumors, drug her to destroy her innocence, lock the heroine and her cousin together... Even if the prince doesn't like that he can't be the prince's concubine, it still takes away a piece of the prince's heart! Little girl, you only thought about the first level~
Isn't it because you lost your mother's health at a young age?? Where did the aunt come from?
... I wanted to see why the queen was so negative first, and this is the result? It's too cliché, right?
None of the Fu sisters are really good people. The heroine doesn't need to help them in the future.
Is the heroine stupid? It must have been plotted by Fu Ningmiao? Fu Ning wants to ruin the heroine's innocence!
The heroine is a time traveler. It doesn't require you to be strong, but can you live a life that is more elegant than ancient women?
This striker is quite powerful.
