[One Piece] The Wind Bazaar

There's a legend on the Grand Line about a restaurant that appears only on sunny islands amid a storm. Offer it money, and it will grant any wish.

The Wind Market-themed restaurant officially opens on the Grand Line today. Don't fear the storm, because even in the middle of one, you'll surely find a harbor where you can rest.
