[One-Punch Man] The Hero Who Acts on a Whim

After failing to defeat the Demon King and being unable to draw the Holy Sword no matter what, the Hero lost all hope and resigned herself to life as an office worker. Then, on the fateful day, she met the strongest hero of all.

A Hero burdened by destiny x A Hero driven by nothing but personal interest

Reader’s guide:

(Please make sure you’re okay with the following before reading!)

1. Otome-oriented, female lead, slow to recognize romantic feelings, everyone has a one-sided crush.

2. The female lead is very strong. Of course, she’s not stronger than Master Saitama, but she’s strong.

3. The female lead is a Hero from a traditional RPG world. Her Hero setting and skills are based on the Dragon Quest series, but you don’t need to know it, since the setting is very traditional and simple.

4. Where there’s a Hero, there’s a Demon King. The Demon King and his minions fit perfectly among the “monsters,” but they aren’t monsters: they’re demons, with a few minor differences.

5. Since she’s a Hero from a traditional RPG, there may be special Hero skills based on strange RPG mechanics. These include, but aren’t limited to, being able to enter other people’s houses without any trouble, seeing enemy health bars, and hearing background music and sound effects from nowhere.

6. There will be a fair number of original characters, including, but not limited to, heroes, citizens, the Demon King’s army, and monsters.

7. I’ll borrow some OPM settings, or rather, I won’t be strictly adhering to canon. Some plot and setting elements follow ONE’s original work, while others draw on the remake. OOC is inevitable, so please read with caution if that bothers you.

8. Some characters, such as Genos and Garou, are younger than the female lead. However, all the characters who become romantic interests are adults.

Theme: A story about searching for “true strength.”
